This explains what data Gamemanage collects to run your panel, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language.

01The short version
Gamemanage is a control panel for game servers. To run it we need a few things: who you are, how to reach your servers, and a way to charge you if you're on a paid plan. This page lists exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We don't sell your data. We don't run ad trackers. The companies we share data with are the ones we use to actually operate the service, and they're named below.
"We" means Gamemanage. "You" means the person or team using the panel. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll explain in plain terms.
02Account data
When you create an account we store the basics needed to identify you and keep the account secure:
- Your name or display name, and email address.
- A password, stored as a salted hash. We never see or store the plain text.
- Team membership and roles, so the right people can reach the right servers.
- Basic preferences, like your timezone and notification settings.
If you sign in with Discord or Google instead of a password, see the sign-in providers section below.
03Server connection metadata
The panel talks to a small agent you install on each server. To do that and to show you what's happening, we store operational data about the servers you connect:
- Server hostnames or IP addresses, ports, and the game each server runs.
- Status and performance readings: uptime, player counts, CPU and memory use, restart history.
- Configuration you choose to manage through the panel, and backups you ask us to keep.
- Server and console logs you stream to the panel, kept for the retention window on your plan.
- An action history of changes made through the panel, so a team can see who restarted or edited what.
This is data about your servers, not about the players on them. We don't need or want your players' personal information, and you shouldn't route it to us.
04Billing
Paid plans are handled by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Stripe sends us back what we need to manage your subscription: a customer ID, your plan, the last four digits and brand of your card, billing country, and your invoice history. We use this to charge the right amount, show your invoices, and answer billing questions.
06Email
We send transactional email through Resend. To deliver those messages, Resend processes your email address and the contents of the message on our behalf.
The email we send falls into two buckets:
- Account and service email you can't opt out of while you have an account: sign-in links, billing receipts, security alerts, and notices about your servers.
- Product updates and occasional news. These are optional, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
07Sign-in providers (Discord and Google)
You can sign in with Discord or Google instead of a password. If you do, we ask the provider for a limited set of details: your name, email address, profile picture, and a stable account ID to link the login to your Gamemanage account.
We don't get your password from these providers, and we don't post anything on your behalf. You can disconnect a provider from your account settings, as long as you keep one working way to sign in. What Discord and Google collect on their side is covered by their own privacy policies.
09How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except for a few things we're required or allowed to keep:
- Billing and invoice records, which we hold for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs, which roll off automatically based on the retention window on your plan.
- Backups, which expire on their own schedule and are then deleted.
Routine system backups may hold copies for a short window after deletion, after which they're overwritten.
10Your rights and choices
You have control over your data:
- See it. Most of it is in your account settings. Ask us and we'll send you a copy of the rest.
- Fix it. Update your name, email, and preferences any time from settings.
- Delete it. Delete your account from settings, or ask us to do it for you.
- Export it. Ask for a machine-readable copy of your account and server data.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a regulator. We honor those requests regardless of where you're based. To make any request, email [email protected].
11Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, email account holders before it takes effect. Small wording fixes won't always trigger a notice.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your data go to [email protected]. For anything else, our general support address is [email protected].
