Terms of Service
This is the agreement for using Gamemanage: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how billing, availability, and ending things work.

01The agreement
These terms cover your use of Gamemanage, the control panel for game servers, including the website, the app, and the agent you install on your servers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
"We" and "Gamemanage" mean us; "you" means the person or organization using the service. If you're signing up for a company or team, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement. Read it alongside this page.
02Your account
You need an account to use most of Gamemanage. You're responsible for what happens under it, so keep a few things in mind:
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email current.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods to yourself. Don't share logins; add team members properly instead.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gotten into your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
If your team uses the account, the actions of everyone you invite are your responsibility.
03Acceptable use
Gamemanage manages your servers, but you're still responsible for what those servers do and for following the rules of the games you run. Don't use the service to:
- Break the law, or host or distribute content that's illegal where you or your users are.
- Attack, probe, or overload other systems, or interfere with anyone else's use of Gamemanage.
- Get around our access controls, resell the service without our agreement, or scrape it beyond normal use.
- Run servers you don't have the right to manage, or connect infrastructure you don't control.
If your usage threatens the stability or security of the service or other customers, we may step in to protect everyone, and we'll tell you when we do.
04Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, on the cycle you pick (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
- Plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. We may pause paid features until the balance is settled.
- Fees don't include taxes, which we add where required.
05Refunds
There's a free tier, so you can try Gamemanage before you pay. We don't give automatic refunds for time already used on a paid plan.
That said, if you're charged by mistake, or something on our end stopped you from using what you paid for, email [email protected] and we'll make it right. We'd rather sort out a fair outcome than hide behind a no-refund line.
06Service availability
We work to keep Gamemanage running and publish uptime on our status page. We don't promise it will never go down. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and the occasional bug are part of running software.
We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. If we plan to remove something you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice where we can. The agent and panel may also need updates from time to time to keep working.
07Your servers and content
Your servers, your configs, your backups, and your data stay yours. We don't claim ownership. You give us permission to store and process that data only so we can run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. Our backup features help, but they don't replace your own disaster planning.
08Warranties and liability
Gamemanage is provided as is. We can't promise it will be free of errors or fit every purpose, and we don't make warranties beyond what the law requires.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data beyond what our service caused directly. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
09Ending the agreement
You can stop using Gamemanage and delete your account at any time from your settings. If you're on a paid plan, cancelling stops the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or has unpaid charges. Except for serious or repeated abuse, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
After an account closes, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll email account holders before they take effect. Using Gamemanage after a change means you accept the updated terms.
